π Story
Deborah & Jael
Deborah obeyed God and helped the people with wisdom. The Israelites were suffering under Sisera, the enemy commander. God told Deborah to send Barak with 10,000 soldiers to fight, but Barak was afraid and asked Deborah to go with him. Deborah said God would use a woman to defeat Sisera. After the battle, Sisera escaped and hid in Jael's tent. While he slept, Jael defeated him. Just as God promised, a woman saved Israel from their enemies.
